What is the best way to deal with depression?

Introduction:

As humans, we have a lot to do during the day to keep going with our daily actions, but as we get older, our responsibilities begin to increase, and many personal things can happen to stymie our progress.

Depression is one of the diseases that should be treated with caution because a person suffering from depression can do many things that normal people find impossible, such as attempt or contemplate suicide, and this is due to the harm in his/her feelings, which drives him to think negatively.
Depressed people suffer from anxiety attacks, which affect their mood during the day and cause them to experience abnormal feelings such as sadness, loss of appetite, lack of interest in new things, and various other symptoms that cause their mood to be consistently negative.
There is no exact cause for depression because it varies according to people's circumstances and lives, as well as its symptoms, and that brings us back to the strong will; strong people can deal with their depression wisely, which makes this situation go away; on the other hand, they may be exacerbated in depression, which harms them much more and takes too long to cure.

Now I'm going to discuss the most important aspect of our discussion.

How to deal with depression or people who are depressed:

The first and most important way to keep yourself from becoming depressed is to avoid negative people. Negative people can make you see hell even if you are in heaven, so please keep them away from you.
Second, you should be aware that depressed people are extremely sensitive, so you must be careful with your words when conversing with them, as any error could exacerbate the situation.
Third, if you have any negative feelings, it would be great to do some exercise or go jogging (in my opinion, an early morning workout is the best to relieve all stress and negative energy).

Finally, because depression makes people feel lonely, family and friends can help depressed people. I also recommend making a daily routine plan full of things you enjoy doing, such as playing video games, swimming, or watching a movie and living your ideal day away from anything that could be a reason to make your mood worse, because we all need a break from life's worries and troubles from time to time.
