I love cakes!! I can have a whole one all by myself in a day!!
This is one of my favourites, vanilla cake with orange zest!!
Recipe
- 4 big eggs
- 1 cup of milk
- 1 and 1/4 cup of sugar
- 1/2 cup of vegetable oil
- vanilla
- juice and zest of two medium oranges
- 1 packet of self-raising flour
Beat the eggs with the sugar at first and then add the rest of the ingredients, keep the flour last and add little by little while mixing the batter.
Bake at 180-200 degrees, depending on your oven.
This is what's left after 18 hours 😂
Oh! And of course you can use that batter to make muffins.
If you ask me, both versions are yummy and hard to resist!! 🧁

I remember eating half of a whole big chocolate cake on my mum birthday,so as foil cake too,,,I love eating cake alot
That cake looks very irresistible, if you ask me it needs a good glass of milk because it looks very bad all alone hahaha.
