I am posting this in POB because I think we prove our Brains creatively, I guess I think that recently our Brains evolved a bit and we wanted to help raise awareness of different charities and also to raise money!
We have all been making music for our whole lives. We have done a few charity gigs in the past but not many. So we decided over the next year we wanted to support some different charities with our music and this is the first one we have done. This is a competition so please feel free to join in over the next week. I have been posting masks and goodies round the world over the last month! Here is what the competition is all about:
Make Me Beautiful competition promotion
You are beautiful, and are now part of a Stick Up Boys Takeover to promote music and positivity on the internet as well as supporting and raising money for Young Minds UK. We plan to do this by having a social media campaign for a week using our new song “Make Me Beautiful” which is being released on the 28th May. The message of the song is basically “Beautiful thoughts, beautiful people” and we thought it was an ideal song to promote the message.
These are the key messages that Young Minds UK are trying to spread and we hope you use some or part of these messages in your posts:
You are not alone.
We're not afraid to speak up for what's right.
We know what needs to change because young people tell us. If they raise their voices, so do we.
We're optimistic.
Things get tough, but we never forget to celebrate progress and never stop looking for practical ways to make things better.

This is what you can do to help.
We have included a SUB mask in your pack and a few other things. We are hoping you will post some photos and videos over the next week using the mask and including some of the messages Young Minds UK are trying to promote. We hope you agree to post 5 photos and 3 videos over the course of the competition week but more would really help to spread the word. We will be posting some examples of our ideas over the coming weeks to give you some inspiration before the competition starts! When you do upload any audio to videos please do it directly from IG/TikTok searching “Make Me Beautiful” by the Stick Up Boys. We are lucky to have many remixes done of this song and hopefully there is something that inspires you! We will try and comment on all post we see and hope that is a time for you to promote Young Minds UK as well as make some new friends and get to know some new music!

Interesting story and appreciate your initiative - you are invited to come to my music-community on Hive as well. Maybe we can work on some joint initiatives - back in the Steem day I was running some #charity stuff but stopped as some whales hated it. I did for example a bigger contest around soccer world cup where people could bid for their favorrite team and as team owner could win a good chunk of Steem in the past (or SBD). 50% was designed for charity - I have no time to handle that again for the Euros now but happy to help if you plan some further charity stuff.
