Right, both have an element of uncertainty in them. The repair shop owner thinks the young guy can weather the uncertainty of starting a business, which I personally was not so sure about.
It kind of depends with opportunities, I think they're always everywhere nowadays. But being in certain environments does increase our chances of getting them. We live in a global interconnected world now.
