This is heartbreaking and heartwarming at the same time. I didn't know about this side of South Korea until I watched that movie that became famous, Parasite. It really helped me to put things in perspective.

Right @tfranzini, parasite did help to reveal the division between rich and poor in South Korea. Today it is difficult to get an Apartment for less than one million dollars in Seoul. I have no idea how the elderly can live on two dollars a day here.
