Call me crazy, but I have a habit of talking to myself at times where I know I can reconnect with myself. Today was one of those days, where I chose to go online so I could enjoy my own company (at least for a few hours) on a wonderful beach. The place was almost empty (and I love it when the beaches are like this) and it was almost like a "therapeutic session".

Sitting on the sand on the beach, watching the ocean, listening to the waves, feeling the wind and the sun's rays on your face are just some of the ways to enjoy a nice, calm day at the beach. I didn't take my smartphone to "detox" me a little bit of the virtual world (but I confess I missed it, haha!) and it always works. I literally step into another kind of reality, a parallel world where I can talk to myself.

From my point of view, these moments where I have a great opportunity to hear my own ideas echoing inside my mind are essential for me to replenish my energies, and at the same time, reorganize my thoughts. Putting everything in its proper place and doing a brain-health cleansing is something I don't give up because it always makes me feel good.

In the rush of day-to-day, many of us end up forgetting to listen to ourselves and, little by little, in the most "chaotic" moments, we are left without a direction to be followed. So whenever possible, stop, feel, and reconnect with yourself. Look for what makes you good, and at some point in your day reflect on what motivates you to want to be a better person and how far you want to go. Always see yourself in the "mirror".


Una conversación contigo mismo.

Llámame loco, pero tengo la costumbre de hablar conmigo mismo en momentos en los que sé que puedo reconectarme conmigo mismo. Hoy fue uno de esos días, donde elegí conectarme para poder disfrutar de mi propia compañía (al menos por unas horas) en una playa maravillosa. El lugar estaba casi vacío (y me encanta cuando las playas son así) y era casi como una "sesión terapéutica".

Sentarse en la arena de la playa, contemplar el mar, escuchar las olas, sentir el viento y los rayos del sol en la cara son solo algunas de las formas de disfrutar de un día agradable y tranquilo en la playa. No llevé mi smartphone para "desintoxicarme" un poquito del mundo virtual (pero confieso que me lo perdí, ¡jaja!) y siempre funciona. Literalmente entro en otro tipo de realidad, un mundo paralelo donde puedo hablar conmigo mismo.

Desde mi punto de vista, estos momentos en los que tengo la gran oportunidad de escuchar mis propias ideas resonando dentro de mi mente son esenciales para reponer mis energías y, al mismo tiempo, reorganizar mis pensamientos. Poner todo en su lugar apropiado y hacer una limpieza de salud cerebral es algo a lo que no renuncio porque siempre me hace sentir bien.

En las prisas del día a día, muchos acabamos olvidándonos de escucharnos a nosotros mismos y, poco a poco, en los momentos más "caóticos", nos quedamos sin rumbo a seguir. Entonces, siempre que sea posible, deténgase, sienta y vuelva a conectarse con usted mismo. Busque lo que lo hace bueno y, en algún momento de su día, reflexione sobre lo que lo motiva a querer ser una mejor persona y hasta dónde quiere llegar. Mírate siempre en el "espejo".


Uma conversa consigo mesmo.

Pode me chamar de maluco, mas eu tenho o hábito de conversar sozinho em momentos onde eu sei que eu posso me reconectar comigo mesmo. Hoje foi um desses dias, onde eu escolhi por ficar mundo online para poder curtir a minha própria companhia (pelo menos por algumas horas) em uma praia maravilhosa. O local estava quase vazio (e eu adoro quando as praias estão assim) e foi quase como uma "sessão terapêutica".

Sentar na areia da praia, ver o mar, ouvir o barulho das ondas, sentir o vento e os raios de sol no rosto são apenas algumas das maneiras de aproveitar um bom e calmo dia na praia. Não levei o smartphone para me "desintoxicar" um pouco do mundo virtual (mas confesso que senti falta, haha!) e isso sempre funciona. Eu literalmente entro em outro tipo de realidade, um mundo paralelo onde eu posso conversar comigo mesmo.

No meu ponto de vista, esses momentos onde eu tenho a grande oportunidade de ouvir as minhas próprias ideias ecoando dentro da minha mente são essenciais para que eu reabasteça minhas energias, e ao mesmo tempo, reorganizar os meus pensamentos. Colocar cada coisa no seu devido lugar e fazer uma limpeza que prioriza a saúde do cérebro é algo que eu não abro mão porque isso sempre faz com que eu me sinta bem.

Na correria do dia-a-dia, muitos de nós acabamos esquecendo de ouvir a nós mesmos e, aos poucos, nos momentos mais "caóticos" ficamos sem um norte para ser seguido. Então, sempre que possível, pare, sinta, e se reconecte com você mesmo. Busque o que te faz bem, e em algum momento do seu dia reflita sobre o que te motiva a querer ser uma pessoa melhor e até onde você quer chegar. Sempre se veja no "espelho".

😂 It's not crazy to me though, I do that a lot and it helps in reminding me of what I need to do or what I'm not doing right.

it is difficult to get a quiet beach in this part of the world, but I love the beach and the sea. it gives me a tranquil feeling I cannot explain.

Introspection is a potent way to reconnect with one's self and find possible answers to lingering questions. I always do this and it helps.
