This plating is beautifully done, I had to blog about it. This is just cheese sticks but the plating is superb. It's too beautiful, I hated that I had to eat it.
A moment like this really triggers my thought of having my own restaurant. I think I can do it. I think this is my passion, cooking and presenting food.
How I really wish someday that will happen and someone will support me all the way through until it is realized. I need a team or someone who will inspire me to do it.
