At some point in our lives when it comes to preparing coffee, In my case, in one occasion when brewing coffee in the traditional way, the bag of the coffee strainer broke completely and in spite of the fact that we really brewed it several times, but in the same way all the coffee was still leaking and I had the obligation to look in the closet and I got one of my mother's sleeping bags but she had not used it for a long time and I thought that she was not going to use it anymore and at that moment I broke it and I made a new coffee strainer with the fabric and well we enjoyed the coffee, It was very tasty and the next day when she got up to prepare it she realized that the strainer was made with nothing more and nothing less than her sleepyhead, she screamed to high heaven and commented that she already had it saved in case there was any medical emergency, she had a presentable sleepyhead game and well, but no way, nothing more can be done.

En algún momento de nuestras vidas a la hora de preparar café, se nos pueden presentar inconvenientes en mi caso en una oportunidad a la hora de colar el café de manera tradicional se rompió por completo la bolsa del colador y a pesar de que verdad lo colamos en varias veces pero de igual manera se le pasaba toda la borra y me vi en la obligación de revisar en el clóset y conseguí una dormilona de mi mamá pero ella tenía tiempo que no la usaba y yo creía que ya no se la iba a poner y en ese momento viene y la rompí y elabore con la tela un nuevo colador y bueno nos disfrutamos el café, me quedó bien sabroso y al otro día cuando ella se levanta a prepararlo se dio cuenta de que el colador estaba hecho nada más y nada menos que con su dormilona, pegó al grito al cielo y comentó que ya la tenía guardada por si se presentaba alguna emergencia médica tenía un jueguito de dormilona presentable y bueno pero ni modo ya no se puede hacer más nada.

Indudablemente lo aprendí observando en la cocina a mi mamá mientras lo preparaba por las mañanas cuando nos preparaba el desayuno para ir al colegio acompañadito con sándwich de queso ya cuando fui adolescente me tocó fortalecer y poner en práctica mis habilidades bajo la orientación de mi mamá y en tal caso al gusto de lo que estábamos en la casa que por lo general a mis padres le gustaban negro y un poco más puro con azúcar sin embargo a mí me gustaba un poco más claro y dulce ya de adulto en mi hogar lo preparó negro dulce para consumirlo regularmente sin embargo algunas veces por las tardes disfruto de un delicioso café con leche acompañado de alguna merienda he utilizado las dos maneras con una cafetera eléctrica pero siendo franca y me gusta preparar lo de la manera tradicional un colador y una olla, es el método más fácil de preparar.

At the moment I don't think I have taught anyone, but I plan to teach my nephew Eduardo Sebastian, 11 years old, so that he can see the way I prepare it and when he is a little older he can prepare it the way I prepare it. I also like to add a splash of vanilla or chocolate to coffee so that he can enjoy this delicacy with the simple fact that coffee is one of the drinks that has become special to me and combined with the aforementioned essences, it is the best.
3.¿A quién has ido dejando tu legado con la preparación del café, a quién has enseñado?
Actualmente creo que a nadie pero tengo pensado ir enseñando a mi sobrino Eduardo Sebastián de 11 años para que vea la forma en la cual yo lo preparo y cuando tenga un poco más de edad ya pueda el mismo prepararlo de la forma en que yo lo preparo igualmente al café me gusta agregarle un chorrito de vainilla o de chocolate para de gustar de esta delicia con el simple hecho de que el café es una de las bebidas que se ha vuelto especial para mí y más combinada con las esencias antes mencionadas, lo máximo.
