With my mom
Yesterday - Sunday, I had the pleasure of enjoying a traditional Sunday roast at a pub called Malmia with my mom, sister, brother, his wife Lesley, and my girlfriend Kiara. We decided to visit an English pub in Protaras, Cyprus for the meal. Kiara started off with a cappuccino while the rest of us perused the menu. We all chose the roast beef with all the trimmings: roast potatoes, Yorkshire pudding, and roast vegetables, carrots, peas, beans and cabbage. Lesley, opted for the roast chicken.

Kiara loves ice-cream and its not that easy to find in the winter - so took advantage finding it.
Very good ice-cream - tasted home-made
For desert they offered an apple crumble served with ice-cream, which was delicious and included in the price of the meal.
The roast beef was cooked to perfection and the roast potatoes were crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. The Yorkshire pudding was light and airy, and the roast vegetables were cooked just right. Lesley said the roast chicken was delicious and moist. And the apple crumble was the perfect end to a perfect meal. It was a great way to spend a Sunday afternoon with my loved ones, and I look forward to doing it again soon.
Of course we had cappuccino - delicious as always.

We said goodbye to Jack and Les and dropped my mom and sister off at home and then Kiara and I drove to a place where we could go for a long walk along the beachfront. Bought an iced coffee from Coffee Island still in the Christmas spirit.

Weekends are special - and nothing like a stroll or brisk walk along the beachfront.

Sounds like an ideal sunday. Roast, icecream, coffee. Pretty sure if I was there I would have washed it all down with a cider after a suitable amount of time to allow it to settle of course 😃
