Muchas veces les he mencionado que lo que más me encanta es tomar cafĂ©, pero no cualquier cafĂ©, si no cafĂ© expreso, el cual realizo todos los dĂas con cafĂ© molido. Ya tomar cafĂ© en la mañana, antes o junto con el desayuno, y en la tarde, despuĂ©s del almuerzo, es una tradiciĂłn en mi familia y no puedo vivir sin ello. Actualmente en Venezuela siento que la situaciĂłn del cafĂ© esta rara, ya que las marcas tradicionales están siendo muy inestables con respecto a su sabor, asĂ que la bĂşsqueda de un buen cafĂ© ha sido bastante ruda pero despuĂ©s de intentarlo, me he enamorado de dos marcas de cafĂ© las cuales les presento el dĂa de hoy.
Many times I have mentioned that what I love the most is to drink coffee, but not just any coffee, but espresso coffee, which I make every day with ground coffee. Drinking coffee in the morning, before or with breakfast, and in the afternoon, after lunch, is a tradition in my family and I can't live without it. Currently in Venezuela I feel that the coffee situation is weird, since the traditional brands are being very unstable with respect to its flavor, so the search for a good coffee has been quite hard but after trying, I have fallen in love with two brands of coffee which I present to you today.
Paramo Café - Café Caribe

Mi favorito de todos, el numero uno, viene de la marca Paramo Café, la cual se fabrica en Caracas Venezuela y esta presentación es el Café Caribe, el cual es de un Café de tostado medio y de granos arábicos. Ese es un tipo de Café Gourmet que me encanta, desde su olor hasta su sabor, me tiene completamente enamorada. Con este producto puedo lograr un café expreso con pocas cucharadas, lo hago en colador y también en la cafetera. Siento que es uno de los cafés más puros que hay actualmente en el mercado, su costo me parece razonable, no es totalmente económico pero tampoco es demasiado costoso y para su alta calidad se me hace perfecto. Me encanta tomarlo con azúcar, dulce, pero no demasiado, que se sienta el sabor a café bien intenso.
My favorite of all, number one, comes from the brand Paramo Café, which is manufactured in Caracas Venezuela and this presentation is the Café Caribe, which is a medium roasted coffee of Arabica beans. This is a type of Gourmet Coffee that I love, from its smell to its taste, I am completely in love with it. With this product I can achieve an espresso coffee with a few spoonfuls, I make it in a strainer and also in the coffee maker. I feel that it is one of the purest coffees currently on the market, its cost seems reasonable to me, it is not totally economical but it is not too expensive and for its high quality it is perfect for me. I love to drink it with sugar, sweet, but not too sweet, so that the coffee flavor is very intense.

Por otro lado tenemos un nuevo café para mi, el cual he comprado muy recientemente pero que me ha estado gustando mucho. Se trata de una marca llamada Vero Caffé, fabricado en el Estado Miranda de Venezuela, el cual viene en una sola presentación pero en diferentes tamaños, a diferencia del Paramo que viene en varios tipos. También es un café de tipo Arábica y el cual tiene un lema que dice "Un Aroma que Enamora" el cual puedo confirmar porque su olor es demasiado adictivo, lo que más me encanta es su sabor, que, aunque no es tan intenso como el Paramo Caribe, es bastante bueno y de una calidad Gourmet. Este esta convirtiéndose en mi café para todas las tardes, demasiado bueno.
On the other hand we have a new coffee for me, which I have bought very recently but I have been liking it a lot. It is a brand called Vero Caffé, manufactured in the State of Miranda in Venezuela, which comes in a single presentation but in different sizes, unlike Paramo which comes in several types. It is also an Arabica type coffee and which has a slogan that says "An Aroma that Enamors" which I can confirm because its smell is too addictive, what I love the most is its flavor, which, although it is not as intense as the Paramo Caribe, it is quite good and of a Gourmet quality. This is becoming my coffee for every afternoon, it is too good.
Lo que más me gusta de probar cafés es descubrir todas esas variedades de sabores, estos dos son los que más me encantan actualmente, pero también hay otros que puedo disfrutar sin problemas como el "Buen Café" y el "Café Anzoátegui tipo Expreso". Algo que también me encanta hacer es mezclar ambos cafés, el Vero y el Paramo, en el colador y luego agregar el agua caliente, el resultado es un café muy sabroso porque une mis dos marcas favoritas del momento. What I like most about tasting coffees is discovering all those varieties of flavors, these two are the ones I love the most at the moment, but there are also others that I can enjoy without problems like the "Buen Café" and the "Café Anzoátegui Expreso". Something that I also love to do is to mix both coffees, the Vero and the Paramo, in the strainer and then add hot water, the result is a very tasty coffee because it unites my two favorite brands of the moment. Hahaha, but you are right, lately the quality has dropped a lot and there are few brands that offer real quality, of course the only way to try something totally pure is to buy green beans and grind them :D
