
My vacation is over, and with some nostalgia, I must say goodbye to my days off and full enjoyment with my family. That's why I had to close the week on a high note, and what better option than to venture out with an incredible recipe for a succulent and frothy iced coffee.
<div class="text-justifyAt first I had many doubts about what recipe to make, I wanted to innovate. Those who have had the opportunity to read my content know that I like to vary my coffee drinks from the comfort of my home. I did a little tour of the web and there appeared our recipe with easy and simple ingredients, so without much preamble we went to the kitchen.

The recipe below is known as dalgona coffee is a perfect blend of chocolate, liquid or powdered milk, ice, full-concentrated foamy coffee (right here is the secret), sugar, hot water and dulce de leche was my choice.
Once all the ingredients were on the table, I just had to work my magic by combining them perfectly. The first thing I mixed was the liquid milk with two tablespoons of powdered chocolate. I beat this with an electric mixer until I obtained a smooth solution.

I then repeated this same procedure, but this time I started by adding two tablespoons of sugar, a portion of instant coffee powder, and a small portion of hot water. I whisked all of these ingredients together until I created a frothy and creamy mixture. I was fascinated by the aroma that emerged during the process.

Once the bases of my drinks were prepared, all that was left was to decorate my glass with chocolate syrup and, since I really like dulce de leche, I also added a small portion around it.

The whole family was very eager to enjoy the drink, I took the glass, added some ice cubes and after that I placed the beaten chocolate initially up to half the glass and after that I added my base ingredient, the full bitter foamy coffee and coffee concentrate until complete.


I decided to shake my drink a little so that the ingredients would come together and the result was a very delicious drink that I couldn't resist tasting quickly and sharing with my husband. My children were there expectantly and eager to venture out, but I decided to prepare them a delicious frozen chocolate so that we could all live a family experience.

Se me han terminado mis vacaciones y con algo de nostalgia debo despedirme de mis días libres y de full disfrute en familia, por ello tenía que cerrar la semana con sello de oro y que mejor opción que aventurarnos con una increíble receta de un suculento y espumoso café frio.
Al principio tenía muchas dudas acerca de que receta hacer, quería innovar los que han tenido la oportunidad de leer mi contenido saben que me gusta variar mis bebidas de café desde la comodidad de mi casa, hice un pequeño recorrido por la web y allí apareció nuestra receta con ingredientes fáciles y sencillos, así que sin muchos preámbulos nos fuimos a la cocina.

La receta a continuación se conoce como café dalgona es una mezcla perfecta de chocolate, leche líquida o en polvo, hielo café espumoso full concentrado (justo aquí está el secreto), azúcar, agua caliente y dulce de leche fue mi elección.
Una vez todos los ingredientes en la mesa solo me dispuse hacer la magia en la combinación ideal de los ingredientes. Lo primero que mezcle fue la leche líquida con 2 cucharadas de chocolate en polvo, esto lo batí con un batidor eléctrico hasta obtener una solución homogénea.

Luego repetí este mismo procedimiento, pero esta vez comencé colocando 2 cucharadas de azúcar, una porción de café en polvo soluble y una pequeña porción de agua caliente. Batí todos estos ingredientes con el batidor hasta crear una mezcla espumosa y muy cremosa, aquí me fascino el olor que se desprendía en el proceso.

Una vez las bases de mis bebidas preparadas solo quedaba decorar mi vaso con sirope de chocolate y como me gusta mucho el dulce de leche también le agregue una pequeña porción alrededor de él.

Toda la familia estaba muy ansiosa por disfrutar de la bebida, tome el vaso le agregue unos cubitos de hielo y después de ello coloque el chocolate batido inicialmente hasta la mitad del vaso y después de ello le agregue mi ingrediente base el café espumoso full amargo y concentrado de café hasta completar.


Decidí agitar un poco mi bebida para que los ingredientes se unieran y el resultado fue una bebida muy deliciosa a la cual no pude resistir degustar rápidamente y compartir con mi esposo, mis hijos estaban allí expectante y con ganas de aventurarse, pero decidí a ellos prepararle un rico chocolate helado para que todos viviéramos una experiencia en familia.
