I know it's been a while since my last #sublimesunday post, but two weeks with a crocked back can do that. Basically I have not sat down for two weeks - it's not that I could not sit down but it does start to twinge my back - and then getting up - well agony. So standing all the time is just better, but trying to type while stood up - surprisingly hard.
The weather has been quite good this week though, standing outside in the sun has not been a problem.
The Hive UK Northern meetup arrived rather quickly, not ideal given my barely functioning back but I braved the pain to pick up the buffet on the 18th, arrive at the executive coffee shed and try and make it presentable before the hordes arrived.
And they did arrive too, we had fifteen total which is impressive for the tiny UK - it was good meeting Hivers from the previous meet up and also getting to know new ones.
Sun, strawberries and a back on the mend - it's actually the best it has been for two weeks today - still a little twinge now and again but miles better then agony most of the day.

Backpain is terrible. Aaaaah. I had it and I couldn't stand for 10 minutes straight. your case seems reverse. Writing while standing is hard. I wonder how you managed to do that.

I am happy to hear your back is a little better. I am like you and like to tough things out. I think the meet up was very cool. If I ever hit the lottery, I will fly in for one over there someday :)
