First up though is a #beautifulsunday (hosted by @ace108) photo with a #funkyedit (hosted by @krazypoet) with Saturation to the Max.
What a lovely day, it's hard to believe we are still in February with clear blue skies and 13 degrees Celsius - surely a lovely day for a walk along the canal.
The river looks calm enough today, and such very blue skies.
And in the other direction, where I am heading - although it's a bit far to see the Marina I'm heading too.
And here it is, the Marina home to many narrow boats that are also people's homes...
This however is much more of a pleasure boat, moored up outside Jeremy's bar - which thanks to Covid restrictions is shut at the moment - would have been doing a roaring trade today.
These two ducks are enjoying having the canal to themselves today.
The lower basin of the Marina, one set of locks get you to this level, and then a second set drops you to the river level.
This is a very interesting boat design!
I always admire the artwork on the narrowboats, there are some very intricate designs.
And that is it for todays sunny stroll, March is supposed to bring back the cold weather - so who knows what it will be like in the weeks to come.

I've always loved those narrow boats of the UK and the Netherlands. Seems awfully green for this time of the year up there.
