I have a story about that orchid. I went to my goddaughter's wedding in Poland two years ago and left a friend to water my plants. While I was away, I received a text asking how I could get my orchid to bloom when it was so dry. I replied, "it's plastic." He was so disgusted he'd been watering a plastic orchid that he bought me a real one. Yes, the snow is surreal. At this time of year, it can be pretty dirty so it's nice to get a new coat of it.
