Some kind of wild tulip type flowers popped up ... in Indian Island Park ..
A few more close by ... but nowhere else.. Tulips grow from blubs, maybe someone put them here.. A welcome sight with the leaves on the trees just starting to open..

Do these tulips spread around the area as they grow or would it just be those three sprouts?
Very unusual for them to be there at all.. not native, must be human introduced...
They are an interesting tulip but you would be surprised at the variety of tulips that exist now.
I'm sure there are many...
