In this part 2 of this series Jenny Graham and Marcus Riccelli both Washington State Representatives stepped in front of the mic and this lively crowd. The people don't seem to happy letting these authoritarians speak. The Tyrants asking for permission from Master Inslee have already had their time to speak. This rally was by the people so they could be heard. Doesn't seem like the servants are listening. They seem more like masters asking us to do their bidding for them.
