Working together is the key to success in achieving a great goal. Togetherness and cohesiveness we need to do to raise ourselves and others. With togetherness, unity and integrity will become stronger.

In an organization, members generally have the same goal. When there are problems in the organization, they must be solved together. For this reason, deliberation is absolutely needed in every organization.

Organizations can be likened to a melting pot that brings together a variety of individual characters and personalities into one big team that has the same goal.

One important thing that must be the focus of team leaders in working is to maintain team cohesiveness and solidity. Compact teams always 'play' more beautiful, faster, and prove to be more productive.

As part of a work team, we must also be able to adjust and of course must be able to maintain the cohesiveness of a team. Especially if you are a senior who must lead a work team, then you must always maintain team cohesiveness so that performance remains maximum and productivity is also not disrupted.

In the world of work and business, there are many ways to increase cohesiveness in organizations and work teams that we can do. With a solid team, of course all the targets to be achieved will be easier to realize. Here are some tips:

- Build mutual trust

Mutual trust is an absolute requirement to be able to build solid teamwork. Because there will be no successful teamwork if the members don't trust each other. Finally, all members only work individually.

This trust will confirm that the tasks each person has are different. Each team member will be sure that the tasks assigned to teammates will be carried out properly and according to their respective abilities.

- Intensive communication

Never consider trivial communication problems. When the communication between the members of the team is stuck, it is certain that team work will fall apart. Because everyone does not understand what to do.

Therefore do intensive communication. Either through morning meetings or other meetings conducted by all members of the work team. So that everyone will understand the tasks and targets that must be carried out.

Communication between members does not need to be always face to face. Currently there are many communication applications that can be used.

Like WhatsApp, BBM, Line, or others. Take advantage of these facilities to establish intensive communication between team members.

- Allocate time to gather with your community or group

The essence of a community is togetherness. So, often gather with community members, not just to brainstorm work problems, discuss plans and plans ahead or other formal matters, but things that are personal. Your community must know who they work with, the goal is to create chemistry, build trust, and get to know each individual's personality. The more you know each other, the more a close bond is created between them.

- Don't be selfish and arrogant

This is what most often happens in the community that is Selfish !!! Feeling he is the greatest, the smartest, has everything then acts arbitrarily in the community, even though this is not necessarily a person who is better than the other members, self-correction might be a better step. And if you have success, don't be arrogant, still humble and unpretentious.

- Realistic Targets

Having a target in every task is great for motivating ourselves and your work team. But do not be careless in making work targets, do not let the work targets actually burden the work team.

Make the target as realistic as possible, meaning that you also need to have a precise and detailed count in making a target. Or you can also discuss it first with your work team and then you and the work team determine the target.

That's all I can say for you all. Hopefully this can be a learning for me and also for you. Thank you..
