When I visited the Aceh Cultural Week event held at Ratu Safiatuddin Park in Banda Aceh, I took some photos at the event, one of which was a dancer wearing traditional clothing from their district. Aceh Cultural Week is an annual event that showcases various aspects of Acehnese culture, including dance, which is one of the main attractions. In this event, Acehnese dancers perform various traditional dances that have been passed down from generation to generation, which not only display the beauty of movement, but also the richness of historical and cultural values.

The dancers at PKA do not only perform rituals or entertainment, but also play a role in maintaining and preserving Acehnese culture. Through meaningful movements and beautiful costumes, they revive the noble values of the Acehnese people, such as courage, unity, and religion.
