The Matrix-8 Solution White Paper

Part II

The Underpinnings

There will never be a really free and enlightened State
until the State comes to recognize the Individual
as a higher and independent power,
from which all its own power and authority are derived

The Matrix-8 Solution will deliver a new and unique service to humanity. It promises a realization of the soul in the above quote. Thoreau insisted that each Individual had the challenge of finding themself through introspection. And as warm and cuddly as was Thoreau, this goal is analogous to the goal of the not so warm and cuddly Friedrich Nietzsche. Thoreau sought to help people to find themselves in the quiet. Nietzsche wanted to harness the Superman [or -woman] in extraordinary individuals to create social change. But, the Individual Sovereignty of each person is the same for both of them. And it is the active coordination of Individual Sovereigns on this planet that stands the only chance of turning the madness of the New Normal around. (New Normal = Sustainable Tyranny!)

Looking to other pivotal thinkers for basics – Adam Smith's Invisible Hand, and John Locke's Natural Rights and Government by Consent, flesh out the mechanisms of a Matrix-8 Platform in group operation. Society will continue on its way, but now guided by the innumerable private decisions and actions of Sovereign Individuals to optimize their Lives, Liberties, and Property – all operating within the framework of Governance by Consent of the so governed. Statesmen (and -women) will reappear as leaders; Politicians will become anachronisms.

The Default Settings of Homo sapiens

You and I as Homo sapiens, have been on this planet for about 200,000 years. And the first 190,000 years – or 95% of that time – was spent in small groups as hunter-gatherers. There were no Kings, Cops, or Soldiers – just your loving extended family. 50 would have been an average sized group. If some folks felt constricted by Uncle Sirius's pushing everyone around – they could leave and start their own group. Forcing someone to stay without their consent would have been tantamount to slavery – a prehistoric moral no-no, and a logistical impossibility. You need Kings and Armies for BS like that. And it's just not in our Human Nature. No group is large enough, or powerful enough to impugn your Sovereignty! It is inalienable. And of course, that noble savage—the Sovereign Individual—is the basis for all Society – a fact that was obvious for the first 95% of our time on Earth.

Then, about 10,000 years ago the Agricultural Revolution began. That was a watershed period of change from a Bottom-up ordered society to a Top-down ordered society. The Agricultural Revolution propelled us from small integrated family units of nomadic Hunter-gatherers living in the forests, to large disintegrated groups of Strangers, as farmers settled in the cities. (And with Strangers, came Criminals that folks didn't know to be careful of.) That has been the rule for the last 10,000 years. We live in the Epoch of the Social Contract.

But of the 200,000 years we've been around, written History reaches back only 5,000 years! And 5,000 years is only half way back into the Social Contract. So, recorded History is only about 2½% of our time on Earth. That relatively short period should not be taken as a valid Dataset to determine our Human Nature. And although the Epoch of the Social Contract is an anomaly regarding how Man traditionally organized itself, it is taken as Man's Default Setting. Wrong!

Looking back those 5,000 years, all history books report just one long bloody smear of war for a large part of that period. And suggesting to someone steeped in how rotten we are, that we are really as natural and good as butter flies and panda bears – seems preposterous. It's difficult to get folks to entertain our goodness. One of the most difficult concepts to sell is that History does not tell the tale of Man. Plus, we have all have been taught to assume that only coercive Governments led by Priests and Kings can reign in Man's propensity for self-destruction.

Now, for the first time since Mankind gave up the forests for the cities, with the Matrix-8 Solution there is a means to recapture a large part of that innocent ambiance of Freedom and Justice. We naturally yearn for that quality of being Human, of being secure in one's inviolable Sovereignty, and having unshakable faith in the humanity of one's companions. In such a society, without your expressed permission – no one has the right to put their hand on you or touch your Property.

Introducing Democrity

We are living through a period in which Globalists are transitioning the world from the Epoch of the Social Contract – which is implicitly an agreement between the Mob and their Rulers. They are calling it the Great Reset. In that transition the voice of the Mob will be completely silenced. We are entering an Epoch of Sustainable Tyranny, à la George Orwell's, 1984. Have you noticed that no matter their goals – every disenfranchised group on the Internet has the same lament: Our cause is critical! We've got to get organized! These are various Cause Groups within the Mob, self-identified by race, gender, religion, politics, financial, and ecological concerns. They all feel steamrollered by the Elites in control.

Get organized??? Chatrooms can't do it. Protesting can't do it. University professors tell us that the Democratic Trilemma says the Democratic Process itself is flawed, and it won't work in large groups. History tells us that to date – regarding large groups – Representative Democracy has been the Sovereign Individual's best hope to secure Life, Liberty, and Property for themselves and their families. But quite obviously Representative Democracy has failed us – or we wouldn't today be searching for new solutions to old problems.

Regarding Governance, by utilizing the Matrix-8 Solution, the intended result will be new, and there is a new word to describe it: Democrity. In a Democrity no one is forced to abide by any decision. The ability to opt out is always operant. Philosophically speaking, since all Groups are made up by Individuals – it is the Individual that is sovereign over the Group. (Compare Democracy, which is RULE by the majority, where the Group is sovereign over the Individual.)

And anthropologically speaking, Direct Democrity is how we have always naturally operated in our small groups. Mankind lived in its small clans for 95% of its time on Earth. Envision everyone sitting around the council fire figuring out if the family should move before the first snowstorm. As a species, that is our Default Setting for making group decisions. But when groups get too large, the logistics for efficient Deliberation and Voting make it inefficient. At that point, Direct Democrity is abandoned for some sort of centralized organization. That was the huge societal change 10,000 years ago. And I assert that to maintain the remnants of the Sovereignty of Individuals – Representative Democracy was our best organizational structure to date. Unfortunately, special interests have co-opted the process, and our elected Representatives have failed us. The American Dream is turning into a nightmare! But, the innovations now possible with the Internet—specifically Blockchain and Matrix-8—provide a new way out of the logistical impasse. The American Dream can be restored.

With a Matrix-8 Platform folks will directly establish democratic processes in a new and vital manner. There are no limits to the size of a group that can utilize a Matrix-8 Platform; it is completely open to all. Disenfranchised groups can get organized! And it's not a matter of giving up your personal power by voting for someone else, and then hoping that they will be true to their promises. All Participants can be continuously involved in the exercise of power – and decisions will be made by majority rule as they specify. It is a dynamic, continuous process that proceeds towards consensus until actionable accords have been sorted out and put into action. Then the Participants in that Goal Group (aka Cause Group) can move on to other projects.

Nation-destroying

Traditionally, a Nation is a large group of people who are connected by history and culture, and who inhabit a specific territory. A State is specifically a political and geopolitical entity. The term “Nation-state” implies that the two coincide, in that the individuals of the Nation have created a State to adopt, endorse, and advance the specific cultural group associated with it. The main characteristics of a Nation-state are: Sovereignty; land with physical borders; a population with a shared national identity; and a government.

Globalists under the banner of Woke Marxism are systematically undoing the nation-sates of the West. The US no longer is a land with physical borders. In the name of Social Justice, it's sovereignty and traditions are being challenged by the UN. There is no longer a definable American People; it's population is seemingly culturally international. And symbols of historical National Identity are now vilified as racist. Pride in the flag is seen as flagrant jingoism. The national anthem is mocked and insulted. Historical monuments are routinely destroyed. And in order to invalidate and obfuscate the nation's history, history books are being rewritten.

Cities burn at the hands of peaceful demonstrators; universities celebrate diversity by banning free speech; government aid is more like reparations – for which no Whites need apply. That is the internal dynamic. Meanwhile there is the external dynamic in the porous southern border with Mexico, which is completely open. Meanwhile, Christian Europe is being overrun by populations that the armies of the Crusades defeated. Plus, stateside, there are the recent injections of Muslim terrorists and welfare-ready immigrants into selected red neighborhoods.

The Ships of State of the Western Democracies are foundering. There is a calculated atomization of populations in the USA and much of the rest of Western Civilization. It is a Post Modernist's wet dream. Every possible minority has been radicalized and co-opted by the Socialist Left. They are organized to attack, and seek recompense from the guilty inheritors of the “Systemically Evil Patriarchy.” That Patriarchy was devised over 200 years ago by such villains as Washington, Jefferson, and Franklin. It toppled the Kings and Queens of Europe, and established a seemingly unbounded font of wealth and opportunity in what has become known as Western Civilization.

No matter the genius of the founders of the American Dream – its current status is one of dissolution. And this is all happening because there is a superior system of Group Control in competition for global dominance. Western Civilization – aka Entrepreneurial Capitalism – is having its ass kicked by the Chinese innovation of a state-driven Social-credit Capitalism. China is probably freer than Australia or Canada right now. And as is always the case under the umbrella of Top-down Governmental structures – it's really the same Globalist Elite running both sides of the game. Unfortunately the Mob is just chattel – Human Infrastructure for the Sustainable Tyranny of the Elite.

Follow the Wokeness (and the Mass Murder)

In his atheistic righteousness Karl Marx was horrified to see that 80% of the wealth of the world was owned by only 20% of the people. So, he set about to destroy Western Civilization and replace it with a more equitable Workers' Paradise: From each according to their ability (to be determined by Marx), and to each according to their need (to be determined by Marx). The niggling fact that following his lead Communist regimes quickly killed 100 million of their own citizens suggests that in practice, Communism's application needs to be slightly tweaked. This is at the opposite pole from Adam Smith's celebration in the Invisible Hands of millions of Sovereign Individuals silently determining how societies work. To simplify the differences drastically, Smith argued that, it is what it is, because of Human Nature, while Marx staged a hissy fit, yowling that, “It's not fair!”

Surprise! There is such a thing as the Pareto Principle.

Vilfredo Pareto, an economist, observed by experimentation with peas in his garden that only a “vital few” of the pods produced majority of the peas. He went on to note that in Europe 80% of the land was owned by 20% of the people. The Pareto Principle (or as it is commonly known, the 80/20 Rule) is an observation that results in life are generally not distributed evenly.

Matrix-8 to the Rescue!

One very positive aspect of the Matrix-8 Solution is that it will solve the potential inequities of the Pareto Principle. This is no way to suggest that the statistically provable facts of unequal distribution of wealth or whatever, will be undone. What it will do, is to allow an on-going rebalancing between those who have been either wildly rewarded or wildly disenfranchised by the circumstances of Life.

The ascendancy of the Cyberspace Moguls from Silicon Valley is an excellent current example of the need to bring back a more equitable balance between rich and poor. Just as the poor will always be with us – so, will the rich. And the 80/20 ratio is quite acceptable – because it reflects Human Nature. But, 99/1 is taking things a bit far! The Matrix-8 Solution would enable society to take this destabilizing ratio back from its currently wildly inequitable division to a more equitable balance. Basically, such actors as Zuckerberg, Gates, or Bezos would have their power reigned in by the Mob. Being a billionaire is great, and everyone wants the chance to become one, but crushing small businesses and free speech along the way is not OK.

The Tragedy of the Commons

And similarly, environmental challenges would be addressed on an ongoing basis from a Bottom-up perspective. There are many instances where what is legal for an individual or business to do is wildly damaging to the Commons. The Commons includes all those life-sustaining requirements on which we all depend: clean air, clean water, oxygen-producing rain forests, oceans, wild animals, and even reaching into space. Prior to the Matrix-8 Solution there has been no way for the average Individual to reign in those excesses. Now there is – and critically, even when the Commons is international.

Anywhere that there is not clear ownership of some sector of the planet on which we all depend – the Mob must assert its control! If we don't we will perish. Currently, Mankind is at the tender mercies of the Globalist Elite regarding the Commons. Currently, no one listens to the millions of voices affected by water shortages, or pollution of the air, or clear-cutting of forests, or destructive mining, or creation of bio-weapons, or radiation leaks, or, or, or.... With the Matrix-8 Solution, these people will have a forum in which to determine what the facts are; and the Matrix-8 Platform will also provide them the logistical means to fund specific projects, focusing their power to effect the changes necessary. We as a species can't continue to allow the 1% to befoul our shared environment for their personal fortunes and lifestyles.

Hegel and the Woke Marxists

This is a short interlude to point out the flaws in the philosophical icons revered by the Globalists – ever pushing for their Sustainable Tyrannies. Marx is the standard bearer of the Globalists. Marx cites Hegel as his major inspiration. Marx was an atheistic materialist. So, Hegel's dialectic interpretation of history as developed by Marx is materialistic. But, because Hegel embraced the concept of God – logically speaking, this need not be so. The Dialectic of Thesis, Antithesis, Synthesis, is correct, but the materialistic, anti-spiritual direction is flawed!

Absent some innate direction which transcends the Material, there can be no logical argument to prefer one Thing over another, or to prefer this condition over that, regarding any particular Thing. While Woke Marxists reject the non-material – they are somehow also quite certain about what is godly. But it is obvious that the dialectic interpretation of History gets skewed out of phase when one accepts the very materialistic/atheistic assumption that the Good is only a statistical measure of material Things. In starting from a premise of the existence of only the Material and explicitly banning the Spiritual, they make the fundamental error of asserting that somehow an understanding of Qualities can logically be derived from facts about Quantities.

Hegel mistakenly saw the natural progression of Mankind to be the story of greater and greater accumulation of power in the hands of fewer and fewer people. He was wrong – because he, like so many others, took History as the be-all and end-all of relevant sources of information on Human Nature. Yet, as I have pointed out – this is the traditional short look at the anomalous 5% of Man's written history. The 95% of the pre-Agricultural Revolution/Social Contract era tells a very different story. But, ignorant of the larger picture of Man, Hegel ignorantly assumed that the Social Contract was the natural order of things.

Hegel saw a low commonality of humanity, yet he still held out hope that Supermen and -women periodically rise above the status quo and bring about beneficial changes to Man. And these rare men and women were not super because they were super rich. In Hegel's view, these heroes would be the most spiritual, enlightened, and capable of human beings; these qualities go beyond the material.

Today, the Woke Marxist leaders say, “Tear it all down, and we'll start afresh. It will be better. Follow us, because we are enlightened and know the holy way! And, PS, our righteousness of purpose gives us license to kill anyone who tries to stop us....” This materialistically based interpretation of the Dialectic portends a tragic fate for the Mob, and it gives a disturbing philosophical legitimacy to the Globalists' foul assertion that the NWO/One World Government—i.e., Sustainable Tyranny—is the inevitable end for Mankind.

The Dialectic Reinterpreted

The traditional view of how the Dialectic works, is that there is a current situation – and that it is the Thesis. Then there is a disagreement with that present Thesis – called the Antithesis. The Antithesis seeks to improve on the Thesis. And then through time and effort the conflict between Thesis and Antithesis is resolved in a Synthesis. The Synthesis displaces the old Thesis, and becomes the new Thesis. This is the materialistic view. It is flawed in that the normal materialistic presumption is that the Thesis is just the Present array of Things in the world. It is not! The Thesis is the timeless, godly, a priori generalized concept that every sane human carries in their heart that guides them at every decision point. The Antithesis is not a critique of the Present – it is the Present as seen as divergent from the holy, timeless Thesis. Thus, the Synthesis becomes the ongoing attempts to bring the Present back to its correct worldly realization of the godly Thesis.

So, the Antithesis is what we see emerging in our Present, and endangering our Futures. The Synthesis is how we work to temper the Present in order to bring about Futures that hew more closely to our lodestone Thesis. We dialectically cleanse the Present of its deleterious content to assure a more perfect Future. Hegel was and is right; Marx was wrong, and today's Woke Marxists are even more wrong!

For Tree Huggers

Worshipers of Gaia should be happy. For the 1st time in Human History it is possible to unite all humanity to speak and act as one. Our innate Human Nature will be able to express itself as the amalgamation of each Individual's private thoughts, contained in the essence of one single voice. That can be interpreted as a very spiritual accomplishment. Just as the Protestant Reformation tossed out the Bureaucracy of the church, and established a direct line between Christian believers and their God, so will the Matrix-8 Solution boot out any and all Groups that pretend to speak for the Sovereign Individual.
