most of us do think that all the trouble/ problem is to us and do think that the work of others seems to be easy. We did think that rest of the world is having fun and we are the ones who are suffering the most did you feel the same?
we all do think that once in a while if you are office employ you think that the peoples who do hard work are lucky at least they will get a good sleep at night and their body will be fit. the people who do the hard work do want to work at the office.
If you did think this too then congrats you are a human π€£, we did see others work easily as compared to us. I do that a lot but at the end, you can do nothing at all.
If you are a working man you will think that the person who is superior to you is sure having a good life and he is enjoying a lot you have to do the work whole day and he is just still at the cabin and chill.

I don't think that is true the more you grow the more responsibilities you do have. we did see that in real life and here on the hive too.
If you are a user who posts daily and waits for votes and did posts daily. just do the same things again and again.
but if you are a moderator or a curator for this and that then you do have more responsibilities on your shoulders. If you are a whale in the hive you do have more things to worry about. look after your curation, delegation, community and there are many more things to look after. so it is not an easy job to do. We all did think there are many users who did get good rewards but we see why they are getting that there will be sure a difference why they are getting and why not you are getting it,
If you have power then it doesn't mean you don't have to do anything at all you should know how to use that and control it that is the best part and beauty of it. you did think that the others work is easy then you should try to do that for a day or more then it will be more clear to you I guess.
