Journeying through life has never been an easy route but there are steps which are inevitable that we must take at some point in our lives, I took the step regardless and today I am succeeding in that route
It was that time in time when things were super rough and tough, my uncle was faced with a little illness so he had to sell the house (His last property in the city -Warri-) he had other houses though, but he was not able to lay hands on them anymore because of polygamous family issues. It was a shocking news to us when big mom told us that the house will be sold soon and we'll be moving out. We argued though but what are we to do, it was finally sold and we have to move out
You need to see the tears I shared that very day we were moving out finally, I can't remember when last I cried like that. It was one of my most painful experiences, but I had to man up. It's time for responsibility
This was the time I was at the middle of my Industrial training (I.T) the only option left for me was to follow them back to the village (AGBOR), but this dude said "NO" because I saw it as a way of dragging me backward. It wasn't easy though as I became the only one left to survive in the great city of Warri plus I did not even see a Penny as a support from the house that was sold, at least for me to start off on a little foot... You really needed to see how friends promised and comforted me with words that I shouldn't worry we will stay together, one was a close friend and another was my best friend. But to my greatest surprised they disappointed me in die minute... This shook me a little but...
I made one of the biggest decisions of my life and that was to Get a place to stay, I scraped virtually all I had to make that possible and I achieved that target and I can boldly tag that to be one of my biggest accomplishment. This is one thing I am ever proud of, and whenever I look at my passed I just take a deep breath and Thank God. I have not gotten to where I want to be, but where I was before, is not where I am right now
