Hello everyone, how are you doing today? This is going to be Week 36, Edition 03 of our Weekly Featured Content.

So, last week Saturday we had the last hangout that was just so much fun we did not want it to come to an end. We are currently on our third topic for this week which is, “BOREDOM”.

But before we proceed with the details of the topic, let us take a look at the winners of the last one which was “US OR OUR FOREFATHERS”. This topic was geared toward each member of the community telling us their thoughts on how far we had come from the time of our ancestors till now.

Many are of the opinion that our ancestors were happier, and many also believe that we are happier than they were. I guess it is really all about perspective for everyone.

For this topic, we went through every entry post, and that is every post with the #hl-exclusive & #hl-w36e2 tags. And with the number of wonderful posts out there it was quite difficult to make a selection. But eventually, we did just that. And so, the posts that will be featured not just for their exceptional content, but also for their level of engagement with other authors will be listed below:

This author is of the opinion that our forefathers enjoyed life more than us, they had the best of it in every aspect. From economics to security and agriculture, there is evidence now that shows that the past fared way better and had more happy people than the present. But then, he let us know that it is up to us to find our ways to be happy an enjoy our lives.

STAY WITH THE OLD WAYS by @deimage

This author enjoins us that while we are moving on with the technological advancement of the world, we are to always remember that they have a root somewhere and we should never forget it. When we remember history, its mistakes will rarely be repeated. That way, we might just be able to secure a happy life in our present time.

MODERN LIFE, MANY CHANGES THAT FACILITATE US by @idayrus

For this author, he prefers the present and believes it is easier to be happy in this present time than it was back in the day. Development has brought about a lot of changes and has therefore made life easier to live all around, if you are willing to be happy, you will find it easily.
