Rain, Breeze and some Sabudana Khicidi

East Indian weather since the last few days has been making us crave for some or the other greasy / oily food. Had a small portion of Sabudana left from the vadas last week. Turned them into a quick snack for one.

In a pan add oil, splutter Jeera, add chopped green chillies and curry leaves, add the Sabudana (Added roasted and coarsely grounded peanuts), salt and cook till they turn translucent. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and it’s done.
