How much breakfast is needed for the body ?

There are many of us who think that having breakfast in the morning increases body weight. For this they avoid breakfast. Did you know that not having breakfast can lead to long-term physical and physical complications? There are many of us who have made it a habit. It is a habit that will lead your life to ruin. I myself used to skip the breakfast at one point, but at that time I saw from my real perception how much it has a detrimental effect on the body. It was from that thought that I decided today to discuss this important issue, so let's get back to our main discussion.

The fact is that when you do not eat breakfast in the afternoon, your hunger will be much higher and you will take extra lunch. Maybe it's meat and fast food. But if you ate breakfast in the morning, you would not be overly hungry and you would not overeat. Overeating at noon can cause your body to accumulate fat and gain weight automatically. So each of us should take moderate amount of food in the morning.This will keep your body healthy as well as keep your weight under control. |

| As a result of not eating all night, the cells of our body become dull. Immediately after we eat the food in the morning, the vitality returns to our cells. So eating breakfast in the morning increases our body's resistance to disease and we can stay healthy. |

| As a result of not eating breakfast, the mood automatically becomes bad. And the body tends to be numb. So have breakfast in the morning and keep the mood cheerful. |

| In the morning, we also eat eggs, milk, vegetables, fruits, etc. for breakfast, which increases the amount of sugar in our body and makes our brain more functional. So let's eat breakfast and increase the performance of the brain. |

The main purpose of my post today is that from my real experience I know that I have many hive friends who do not have breakfast. So to make my post today for those dear friends of mine. Everyday energy is needed to tackle the daily activities, be it physical, mental, emotional, or psychological activity.
If there is no energy activities cannot be completed as one will be weak.
Breakfast to me is compulsory for the system.

I never skip breakfast. It's my favorite actually. Also, since we are in a rush all day long, I think body burns easily what we eat for breakfast during the day.
