New Zealand is at Alert Level 1 Covid-19: Mon 8th June!
With this announcement it was welcome news to receive an email from the organizers of this important cycling event, to confirm that this race will still go ahead (as long as we do not return to the higher levels).

Pricing is extremely reasonable considering how much work is put into making this a great event for everyone. This year I'm entering the Bike Barn Round the Lake Race (160km).
It is highly doubtful that our borders would be open during the Alert Level 1, so a lot of international riders will not be able to participate.
Time to work on that cycle training schedule!
