I am grateful to be alive today to enjoy the beauty of nature. I and my son was outside the house this morning to pluck moringa seed. Moringa seed is known and appreciated for it's purity and organic nature. There has been countless testimonies given by people who have used it. Some claims it improves their eyesight, some says it is used to stabilize blood sugar, protect the body against disease and infections, treatment of ulcers and insomnia while others claims it slow down aging, promote hair growth, lower cholesterol and reduces inflammation. But there is no good scientific evidence to support these claims. For me, I do pluck it and sell to those that needs it.

I have never used these seeds for me or for my family. Actually, I am not aware of the health benefits you have mentioned about these seeds. However, it is true that Almighty has already put different benefits for us in different plants/seeds. Alhamdulillah.

Well, it appeared to others to be medicinal and as food but for you, it's a source of income and I see you son having fun in the process of getting the seeds ready for sale.
All I know about moringa leaves is that it's ground and used as spice for high blood pressure individuals.
Still no scientific backup for that.
