Passive Income - On Hive - Delegation Rewards
In this video I talk about passive income on Hive, and here I talk about rewards on delegation.
So to start with we have Dlease.io, it's a dapp with a market where you can lease in and lease out Hive Power delegations.
And as we are talking about income here we will focus on leasing out HP, and how it works is that you go to the market look at the offered APR's and see if there is any that you think is good.
The key to good ROI here is that the APR should be higher than your Curation APR, which you can find on Hivestats.io.
One more important detail is that you want to check out the account that you will delegate to, so they are not doing something you do not agree with.
Once you have checked everything and want to go forward you take the offer and do the delegation on Dlease, and you will then get daily payouts from Dlease for the delegation.
Dlease is usually where you can get the best ROI on delegations, but there are also other projects that offer payouts for delegations too, and handles that themselves, though it's usually tied to some form of income they have.
For example @thisisawesome which I am running is paying out Hive and CTP tokens to delegators.
All liquid earnings in Hive and HBD, and the full power down income, plus 50% of CTP token earnings is paid out as Hive and CTP to delegators each Monday.
@actifit also have rewards on delegations and pays weekly, but the biggest benefit is that you earn a lot more AFIT tokens if you are active with your stepping.
@tipu pays out daily rewards on delegations, though not that high APR.
I also know that the Leofinance tribe pays out delegation rewards in LEO tokens, though I am not too familiar with the details.
And there are a lot more projects that offer rewards on delegations, check them out and see if there is any good projects you want to delegate to, and also do consider other benefits than just pure ROI if you care about the project.

Does anyone pay interest in HBD as well as HIVE?
Actifit pays both Hive and HBD, but as to leasing out HP, then Dlease only uses Hive.

Posting anywhere on hive pays out in hbd (& HP) doesn’t it? Or do you mean holding the actifit token?
Yes posting pays HBD and HP of course, what I meant was payouts on delegations, holding AFIT tokens will get you higher upvotes from Actifit, plus increase your rank so you earn more AFIT which can be spent in the Actifit shop too by the way.
