Hello my fellow hivers,

Welcome back to my 3speak channel. How are you friends? I believe you're in good healthy under the pandemic situation and spending your valuable time for hive blockchain activities. This is my 143rd day participation of #IAmAliveChallenge who organized this nice initiative @flaxz. Actually I'm really lucky to be alive in this world like you. Today I did many activities with manage my time. So in this video I explained three factors how to spread the power of mental as well health.

What is the problem in eating boiled vegetables? Is there any health issue for eating boiled one?

I think, on a daily basis, in our diet, we should contain all types of good items including vegetables and fruits. In the perspective of red meat, we shouldn't eat in a larger quantity. We no need to go for a whole day fruit avoiding all the other food items unless we are doing fasting according to your religion rules. Those who are already over-weight and dieting is very essential, things may differ for them. I am talking for the general population.

When vegetables are fully cooked, the nutrients in them are destroyed and they are not nutritious to eat. Therefore, half-boiled is the best method. That is what I meant by this content. Adding vegetable and fruits day meals will receive more benefits to our body. So always tray to keep balanced food of your every meals which is deserve to it.
