Agradecida por la bienvenida a I Am Alive Challenge, el día de ayer. Hoy les comparto una fotografía de mi inicio del día, una manzana.
Alive, active and grateful
I like this Challenge. So here I go with my post # 2, I hope to arrive before the close of the day.
Thankful for welcoming the I Am Alive Challenge yesterday. Today I share with you a photograph of my beginning of the day, an apple.

Iniciar las comidas del día con una fruta es una buena idea, pues da a nuestro organismo nutrientes frescos. A veces, sustituyo el café por una fruta. Hoy comí una manzana, pero también me gustan el plátano, el caqui y uvas o frutillas.
Después de la fruta, comí un yogurt. Así doy a mi organismo el calcio que requiere, porque además de viva, hago el intento de manatenerme saludable.
Starting the day's meals with a fruit is a good idea, as it provides our body with fresh nutrients. Sometimes I substitute fruit for coffee. Today I had an apple, but I also like bananas, persimmons, and grapes or strawberries.
After the fruit, I had a yogurt. This is how I give my body the calcium it needs, because in addition to living, I try to stay healthy
Durante el día, el árbol de Navidad que instaló el municipio, no es tan atractivo como durante toda la noche, cuando brinda a todo el sector el colorido de sus luces azules. Pero ahí está, testigo del acercamiento a la Navidad.
During the day, the Christmas tree that the municipality installed is not as attractive as during the whole night, when it offers the entire sector the color of its blue lights. But there he is, witnessing the approach to Christmas.
El sol nos bendijo hoy con su luminosidad, aún cuando su calorcito sólo se siente cuando nos da directamente. A la sombra el frescor propio de la estación obliga a estar abrigados. Pero sentir calor o sentir frío, son facultades propias de estar vivos. Así que ambos deben proporcionarnos alegría.
The sun blessed us today with its luminosity, even though its warmth is only felt when it hits us directly. In the shade, the freshness of the season forces you to be warm. But feeling hot or feeling cold are faculties of being alive. So both should bring us joy.
