HOW DO YOU SLEEP ? (I AM ALIVE CHALLENGE DAY 27)

Hello my fellow Hivians, I am very happy to write to you today.
I bless God for sparing my life course being among the living today is not by my doing but His.
Sleeping every single day and waking up everyday with a different experience and a different feeling, though, It's normal for every living being to sleep, to give the body rest in order to keep it in its right state but don't forget like I usually dictate too much of what is good is not good. So the question is how do you sleep? Do you go to bed or go to sleep?
The former is the right way to go about it, you are the one to put yourself to bed and sleep and not the other way round , the latter mostly is caused by tiredness, over thinking(lost in thoughts) etc. In which when you find yourself sleeping through this process you awake with side effects such as headaches, body pains etc. Which is not normal and suppose to be so course sleep is not required to weaken the body but to strengthen it.
Learn to obey the body, don't let it forces its demands on you course abstaining from sleep causes harm to the body and please try sleeping with a smile on your face no matter how tough the day may be, you might not know the day that is waiting for your smile to smile back at you.

What if you sleep on the floor or on a couch?? Anyways, you’ve got a point. You have to make time for sleep, and not wait until you have no option. Thanks for sharing

I'm sure everyone in a certain state of their lives have tried sleeping on the floor but I don't think you'll ever think of doing such if you have a comfortable bed in a well conditioned apartment. We all know floor is rigid and there is no way one can be comfortable lying on it, it's either you wake up from it with lining on your body, the face is not exempted or you wake up knowing that blood has stopped flowing into a particular part of the body in which you have to settle for it to circulate before making a move. Have I dictated it well @fredkese ?

This is a very important topic indeed. Rest is crucial for the body. Even when exercising, many people focus a lot on their exercise routines and the activities they do.

Yet, it is during the time when you are asleep when restoration and growth take place. Without sufficient sleep, we do the body more harm than good.

Yes, sleep is important to function properly.
Some do power naps, which is ok during the day. But, going to bed and having a good sleep is must.
And it also depends on the no of hours of good sleep.
i am not sure about the smile before you sleep, but waking up with a smile on your face does make your day better :-). May be not entirely for you, but surely for the people around you.

As always, take care and stay safe.

What I actually meant by the smile was not just the physical smile but to clear the mind also. 😏😉
