These "horns" are called tentacles and on their end there are the eyes of the snail ;)
Good morning Johann! I didn’t know the snail’s eyes were on the ends of the tentacles. 🐌 😃 That should let him see more of what’s around him. Reminds me of a submarine’s periscope except I don’t think he can turn them fully around.

These tentacles are quite flexible and it's a quite interesting thing to have eyes like a periscope ;)
