Greetings to all the inhabitants of the hive!
It's Wednesday again and it's my day off again. Today I remembered one villa that I saw when I was driving in Spinea along via Roma. I was dying to go there, but the inscription at the entrance sounded rather cautionary. Proprieta privata! Entrata vietata!
This means that the territory is private and entry is prohibited! After that, you wouldn't dare to set foot on someone else's territory in Italy.

Знову середа і знову мій вихідний день. Сьогодні я згадала про одну віллу яку я бачила, коли їхала в Спінеї по via Roma. Все мені кортіло туди зайти але напис при вході звучав досить застережено. Proprieta privata! Entrata vietata!
Це значить, що територія приватна і вхід заборонений! Після такого не наважишся в Італії і кроку ступити на чужу територію.
This is the villa of Morosini and Nalesso. The villa was built in the 18th century for these wealthy Venetian families who wanted to have a house on land. In the summer, when in Venice the stones heated up under the scorching sun and there was nowhere to hide from the heat, in Spinea the house surrounded by a wonderful park was a real paradise. Even looking from the outside, you can see all the elegance of the villa and the park. Ancient redwoods and cedars still grow in the park. A section of the trunk of one such tree is mounted on a tripod and can be seen from the street.
Це вілла Морозіні і Налессо. Вілла побудована в 18 столітті для цих багатих венеційський родин, які прагнули мати будинок на землі. Влітку, коли у Венеції під палючим сонцем каміння нагрівалося і не було де заховатися від спеки, в Спінеї в будинку, що був оточений чудовими парком був справжній рай. Навіть дивлячись зовні можна побачити всю ошатність вілли та парку. В парку і досі ростуть вікові секвої та кедри. Зріз стовбура одного такого дерева закріплений на штатив і можна його бачити з вулиці.
Today I rode my bike as usual. Stopping at the villa, I began to look inside the park. I wanted to see this park in autumn. And look at the villa and the statues that were everywhere in the park. To my surprise, an old nun came up to me and told me that she liked my blue hair. I thanked her and asked if I could see the park! The nun nodded affirmatively and said that at the end of the park there is a grotto of the Virgin Mary, where you can pray. I took the bicycle in my hands, thanked again for the permission to enter and went around the villa. The trees were so old and big, their branches reaching low to the ground. I looked at the statues. And she slowly approached the grotto. Surrounded by tall palm trees, the grotto was carved out of the mountain rock. Benches were placed. I sat down on one of them and prayed... for peace in Ukraine... for the health of family and friends... for luck for myself... for the happiness of all my dearest ones. I want God and his mother to hear me.
I should have told you that the villa and park serves as a private boarding house for the elderly under the auspices of the Basilian nuns.
My little journey was spent in reflection and prayer. If it is possible to come there again, I would be glad.

Сьогодні я як завжди їхала на своєму велосипеді. Зупинившись біля вілли, я почала заглядати всередину парку. Мені хотілося побачити цей парк восени. І оглянути віллу та статуї , що були скрізь в парку. На моє здивування до мене підійшла стара монашка і сказала мені, що їй подобається моє синє волося.Я подякувала та запитала чи можна подивитись парк! Монахиня ствердно кинула головою і сказала, що там вкінці парку знаходиться грот Діви Марії, де можна помолитися. Я взяла велосипед в руки, ще раз подякувала за дозвіл входу і пішла навкруг вілли. Дерева були такі старі і великі, їх віти простягалися низько до землі. Я розглядала статуї. І помало підійшла до гроту. Оточений високими пальмами, грот був висічений в гірській скелі. Були поставлені лавки. На одну з них я сіла і помолилася... за мир в Україні... за здоров'я рідних та близьких... за удачу для себе... за щастя всіх моїх найдорожчих. Хочеться щоб Бог та його мати почули мене.
Мала вам сказати, що вілла та парк служить як приватний пансіонат для літніх людей під егідою монахинь василіанок.
Моя маленька подорож минула в роздумах та молитві. Якщо можна буде прийти туди ще раз то я б була тому рада.

Я не раз писала і повторюючи ще раз, що навколо нас стільки прекрасних місць. Варто тільки зупинитися і направити свої очі щоб побачити цю красу.

Thanks for joining the Wednesday, I always love seeing all the walks shared from around the world, but as I am not getting out for as many walks at the moment because of feeling the cold I am especially loving the walks all around the world its like a virtual world tour
