A walk in the park and more or How bliss is attained

You might think that a walk in a small park in a small town is something boring.

IMG_20210513_150750.jpg

You see these alleys, the greenery, the flowers, the arrangement... always beautiful.

IMG_20210430_125755.jpg

IMG_20210430_125757.jpg

The benches.
If they are old or new, maintained or not, benches are always beautiful too.
Benches in a park. They are beautiful, probably because they are useful.
Everyone needs to rest after a long walk in the park. Or more - to sit down to enjoy nature. After all, that's exactly what the parks in the cities were built for - to bring nature into the chaotic concrete world of people.

So, this here is an ordinary park in an ordinary city...
Stop!
It is not 😁

IMG_20210513_151250.jpg

If you consider a walk in a small park in a small town to be something trivial, then you should visit Bulgaria. Here you can always find something to surprise you, to catch your attention, something strange.

Okay, this inscription above is obscene, rather insulting and it concerns a certain Peter. "Peter is..." reads the inscription, which is just like that on an alley, and I will not translate it for you, because it is offensive.

IMG_20210513_145754.jpg

Someone didn't forget to leave an inscription of their favorite football team in the park.

IMG_20210513_145849.jpg

And I photographed this especially for you. You remember the exhaust-pipe ad I showed you last time.
Well, this is the other side of the coin. I can't explain it to you. I don't think I can explain it reasonably even to myself. But in short - people in this country seem obsessed with their bodies. Men should always be "pumped up", the same goes for women too (with silicone this and that 😃).

IMG_20210513_145822.jpg

We continue on. Here unfortunately the phone was not up to the task of showing what my eyes saw - this paved driveway here was turned purple by the flowers of a Judas tree - I have already shown you this beautiful plant.

IMG_20210513_152231.jpg

Oh, I forgot to mention that in the meantime we also visited the history museum at the end of the park where this beautiful paving is located - I've shown you pictures of the architecture of its construction too.

IMG_20210513_145611.jpg

The building of the vegetable market. I can tell you, looking at it from the outside, it looks pretty good and impressive.

Then we go back to the same street we were on last time.

IMG_20210507_170216.jpg

Turns out I did take pictures of the residential buildings above the casinos and credit shops. They don't look as bad as I thought.

IMG_20210507_171639.jpg

Here is another museum. I won't lie to you, I haven't had a chance to visit it yet. Although I know it is quite interesting. This is an apartment furnished like the apartments during communism. That is why it is called "Retro Apartment".

We walk some distance down the same street and...

IMG_20210507_154213.jpg

Oh, don't ask me what I took a picture of here. Even I don't know. 🤔😁

IMG_20210507_154242.jpg

But here I already know 😹
A stray kitten sleeps blissfully in the background of a pet food store window.

IMG_20210507_154249.jpg

It's... the symbol of freedom, I think. The freedom to live freely... on the street. Not being locked up in an apartment or house. Being able to run around, walk and do whatever you want without ever getting bored (you know how easily cats get bored). And looking so good at it. Being always fed. And sleeping peacefully, in the sun among the roses in the local little park.
Isn't that freedom? And isn't that bliss? And don't we all secretly dream of the bliss that only cats can achieve in life? 😊

Cats are better than us, people, in that regard 'cause we hurt and even kill each other, in some cases on massive scales. I've seen cats fight, they make much noise, but at the end... only a few scratches. Unless we stop killing each other, the bliss will be a mirage.
Lovely walk, each of this landmarks, combined create a unique alloy :)

From what I see right now with the cats in my care, there can be constant bullying by some cats over others, and while it all ends with a few scratches, it happens again and again every day. Just as it can be with humans. Not killing each other doesn't make them better than humans, in my opinion. At least in that sense. Otherwise, they are definitely levels above us in terms of their understanding of life.
Thank you! 😊

Let's not forget they are still animals, right? :D
It seems they have some routine? Other cats checking their pots for extra food?

What a nice day. Perfect for visiting and touring some places like that. By the way thanks for the tour.

Oh, thanks for the lovely comment! I love taking people on a journey with my photos 😊

Hello dear friend @soulsdetour good day
A pleasure to accompany you on this Wednesday walk, I love parks and sitting on their benches to enjoy nature.
Cats are very intelligent, perhaps we should learn from them to live more freely.
Have a splendid day

I have three of them and I try to learn from them every day, but somehow human nature takes over and I never learn anything. 😹
Thank you for appreciating my Wednesday Walk dear @jlufer 😊 Have an awesome day too!

Me gustan las fotos y también dar paseos en los parques, de hecho últimamente creo que es uno de mis hobbys, pobre Pedro jajaja. Gracias por compartir y saludos!

Yes, indeed, poor him 😂 - he is exposed like this to the inhabitants of the whole city (well, maybe no one knows who exactly this Pedro is 😎)
A walk in the park always has a calming and refreshing effect. I'm glad you like it!

Oh yeah! Haven't seen a park without a bench. Well aside from used in resting, here I noticed this became a venue for simple dates.
You know couples spending time at the park, enjoying the bonding moments.

The cat seemed well feed,😁

Yes, nature definitely aids in these moments, clearing the mind and senses. I've seen a lot of couples in the parks, really. It is an ideal place for a date. 😃
The kitten looks even very well looked after 🐱

Hi there, @soulsdetour. 😃 I love these cool pictures of the park. You are correct, parks bring nature to the vibrant cities so people can relax and enjoy nature. I have always loved going to parks just to relax but we have very few here. Sometimes we pay to be allowed in. 🤷

Thanks for sharing. 😊😊

It will surely become a luxury to be allowed to touch nature in big cities. I can understand that. This free therapy must be stopped! Immediately! Otherwise, what will psychotherapists do for a living in the future? 😃
Thank you for liking it!

It's a beautiful garden ma'am, I'm also a little tared with that football inscription😅,Inscription, is it a suitable name for that tiny frescoe😁

Yes, an inscription. 😹 This is actually an abbreviation by which one of the most important football teams in Bulgaria is known.

Owh, I think it's like an inscription in ancient times😅

These awful football fans and all thilese vandalisms with the sprays, i hope someday the football will forbidden only for this reason 😡

Haha, I'm of the same opinion. These people possess a level of consciousness that is completely unknown to me. And I absolutely do not understand them. Not a single action of theirs...

Yay! 🤗

Wow, this is one walk I'd love to do too. I agree about cats. How does one become a well-loved, domesticated cat? Or a free one, but well-loved and well-fed too? LOL! Thank you for sharing your beautiful experiences and adventures. An advance happy weekend.

Free, well-loved and well-fed, basking in the sun all day - that's the ideal of a cat's life, I guess. 😹 And I really envy them for the simplicity of thought and the ordinary, but so philosophically lofty aspirations. 😻
Have a wonderful weekend you too!

I saw some inscriptions that took my attention though I couldn't interpret them this park might look small but has lots of attractions the designs, the vegetations and the cute cat 😌 together makes me fall in love with the environment.

Really? I'm glad you liked it, then 😊 (It's normal to not understand the inscriptions. The language is pretty difficult 😃.)

I really do like it. I'm very sure those inscriptions have great information possibly code to solve lol.

Colorful and bright photos! Eastern Europe could be "smelled" here and you have had a great walk! Cats seem to trust you, that's good!

Ha ha, kind of a trust 😃 They probably smell from afar that I have three of them home and I'm the next human exposed to their daily manipulation 😹
This here is the essence of Eastern Europe, you are right 😄

I would say that you are one lucky person, three cats trust you!
😃

Trust is probably not the right word 😀 They take advantage of my kindness and naivety. 😂

That is what kids do exactly to their parents. Learn their weaknesses and exploit them! 😃
Thank yu!

Ha ha, exactly 😄 This is the reason why we always perceive them as our own children and ourselves as their parents. Because relationships and interdependencies are identical.

Cool post !gif nice cat

Ha ha, thanks 🐈🐱😊
