Beautiful view and sorroundings sissy. It is true, starting your morning with a walk and morning sun will make your day lighter and productive. Not tired. Not uninspired. Mornings can shift our energy and perspective on doing things everyday. I believe waking up before the sun rise is the healthiest way of rising for a lovely day.❤️🌞

yeah,, you're right... well, at first, I felt sleepy and tired 🤣 after walking I went back to bed...
but now, I'm starting to appreciate the simple things in the morning... like the cold breeze, the fresh air, the green trees, the colorful flowers with dew drops and the sunrays slowly touching your skin...
