Calimero is a funny young cat, black as a ninja in the furry ninja uniform in the middle of the darkest night with no moon, no stars in sight.
She is the youngest in my feline organization, somehow appeared in the yard some day around the last Christmas, and now is an important part of the bunch.
Calimero got her name from the old Italian-Japanese cartoon I saw long ago. In the cartoon Calimero was a young black chick with half white eggshell on its head. Calimero The Cat has no eghshell, but is small and pretty rounded ... and reminds me a lot on that cartoon.
On this photograph, Calimero just finished playing in white limestone dust and has a stylish silver fur on one side of the head.
