Today I released my fourth Manhattan sticker on NFT Showroom, completing the series. It's my first set of works on the site, and my first tokenised digital art. Head over and check it out!

The Manhattan Series are a digitally remastered version of a piece of sticker art that I placed around Manhattan a few years ago when I travelled there.
The original was a carefully selected detail of a computer-generated fractal, which I then printed to paper and partially inked over. It was then scanned back into the computer for printing to sticker.
The digitally remastered version is a photograph of the sticker with blur and noise added for warmth. The black and white original has been softly colourised, with pine-gold embossing added to some of the ink.
There are strictly five copies of each digitally mastered sticker available. The full resolution file is signed by the artist at pixel resolution bottom right.
For this post I wanted to talk really briefly about some of the ideas behind the drawing.
Manhattan One
Manhattan One emphasises the pyramid and the hourglass. Digital and analogue clash. Human and natural patterns meet.
Manhattan Two
Manhattan Two emphasises performance and the body. Curves are dominant over lines. Water meets cloud.
Manhattan Three
Manhattan Three is urban. It is also patchwork. The virtual touches the real.
Manhattan Four
Manhattan Four escapes into a flare of blue. It is light. It focuses on the tree and the spiral.
