Here are some pictures of a strange thing I've made.
I was given a block of air-drying clay, and because I've been watching a few shows on survival in the wilderness, I immediately wanted to do something strange with sticks that reminds me of a primitive shelter or a clay camp-oven. It is also meant to look like a tree. The leaves are made from copper wire.
Other materials include ground coffee waste to look a bit like dirt, and bits of dried sage. Also instant coffee to wash the tree. The basic twig structure is held together by a plant called harakeke, or New Zealand flax.
I'm going to make my first animated image using this in the next few days. I want to go outside at night and experiment with a small candle in the hollow.
