We hope you had a nice week and a good day; today, we want to share you a new illustration inspired by an instagram challenge #DTIYS, the truth, we didn't have in mind to post it here, but we liked it very much and this encouraged us to share it here
Esperamos que hayan tenido una bonita semana y un buen día; el día de hoy les traemos una nueva ilustración inspirada en un reto de instagram #DTIYS, la verdad, no teníamos en mente publicarla por acá, pero ya que nos gustó mucho nos animamos a hacerlo.
A few days ago browsing our "feed" on instagram, we found a very talented artist her name is Momo, she is proposing a very fun challenge that consists of drawing one of her illustrations in your style, we don't hesitate twice and we joined.
Hace unos días navegando por nuestro "feed" en instagram, encontramos una artista muy talentosa llamada Momo, ella está proponiendo un reto muy divertido que consiste en dibujar una de sus ilustraciones en tu estilo, no lo dudamos dos veces y nos sumamos.

Step by Step
Step by step, this time it's a little different from what we used to do because as we told you we didn't have to share it here. However, we wanted to show some steps ❤️.
El paso a paso, en esta ocasión es un poco diferente a lo que acostumbramos a hacer porque como les comentamos no teníamos en mente compartirlo por acá. Sin embargo, queríamos mostrar algunos pasos❤️.
First, we did as always a sketch of the illustration.
Primero, hicimos como siempre un boceto de la ilustración.
Second we add the base colors, this part is very important and makes it easier to add lights and shadows to the character.
Segundo agregamos los colores base, está parte es muy importante y hace más fácil agregar luces y sombras al personaje.
Finally, we add the lights and shadows that bring the illustration to life. Here's a closer look:
Finalmente, agregamos las luces y sombras que le dan vida a la ilustración. Por acá les dejamos un acercamiento:

For the creation of this illustration we used Photoshop CC 2020 and a Huion INSPIROY H640P graphics tablet
