Hope you are doing well. I made a new watercolor illustration for Western Shores, working with @manoldonchev. (You can find more on the blog of @thewesternshores now.)
I imagined this illustration like this. The lone troll stands on the rock watching a small village in the heart of the mountain. The moon highlights his silhouette. I tried to create a whole space in a blue gamma. I am posting post a few of the steps of my working process. First I put a light blue, almost transparent. Then I started to put more nuances of blue, trying to keep the white spaces, especially those with snow. So, this is for now.
