The first time I saw these flowers was when I was walking with my wife through a park located in a national park in the city of Caracas.
These flowers secrete a very pleasant aroma, here in Venezuela we call it "May flowers".
Near the place where I live these plants exist, as a curious fact that they always bloom and the aroma is more noticeable during the night hours.
My daughter Kathe, when she has the opportunity, collects them and places them in a container to enjoy their aroma inside our house.
On one occasion, Kathe wanted to make a perfume with these flowers but did not obtain the desired results.
Today was the reason to paint a watercolor.
Below I show you a photographic sequence of its preparation.
