Just got my work back from the framers. I loved the gold mount :) will try and take a better photo later when the light in my flat isn’t so harsh ! Always so reflective off glass

Me and Lils off to paint now :)

Yea, Maybe you can paint over it so that its a better portrait of you, or maybe just take the idea and start from scratch.

I'm not using it for anything.

It looked like you were into the whole russian orthodoxy thing, so this was mostly meant to be like an example of a method of stealing art styles, and applying it to portraits.

I thought your portrait was funny in the context of a russian saint.

The american southwest also uses those disc halos - pictures of st. francis and such.
