The skeleton that supports my body is
Is made up of many bones
Protecting the shape of my body
I once broke a bone.
I fell down the stairs.
Broke the little toe of my right foot.
You'd think it was a small bone.
I couldn't walk.
When I was able to walk again.
I realized how important bones are.

私の体を支える骨格は
たくさんの骨が組み合わさって出来ている
私の体の形を守っている
私は昔骨折をしたことがある
階段から落ちて
右足の小指の骨が折れた
小さい骨だと思うだろうが
歩けなくなった
再び歩けるようになった時
骨の大切さが身に沁みてわかった
