You're not seeing double. In this odd page I made two studies from the same picture. The original one is a 1936 photograph from Edward Weston, which is most known for his pictures of sand dunes. The third figure was inspired by a picture I found on Behance.com but lost the track of the author.
None of this sketches does justice to the real pieces of art I tried to imitate. The over scrapes made me abandon this page the way you're seeing. But I'm ok with it. It's just a sketchbook, right?
