Hello, everybody! On this occasion I would like to share with you my comments on one of my games during yesterday's Open Steem tournament. In order to be more explicit, I thought the video format was more appropriate. The video explains itself!

If you like the idea I will continue sharing this kind of content analyzing not only my games, but the games of other players in the tournament, and who knows, more interesting content about chess.

Thanks a lot, @eniolw!
Very interesting and of course for me very insightful. Apart from the blunders I did I learned that I made quite significant early mistakes (Lg4).
I will try to improve on the Benoni until next time!

Please do such analyses more often, you are talented with this!

PS: By the way, pity that you are not participating in the Friday Hive chess tournaments, you would have a real opponent here, as @jaki01 plays there often!

I would love to participate there, but the thing is I have to work at that time. I'll try to make room somehow though. See you!

Maybe in addition to the great video it could be useful to add a pgn-file ...

Good idea!

For the sake of learning I reviewed your tournament games from last week. With the exception of ReneRondon no one got out of the early game undamaged. I was surprise to see other players beside myself blunder a piece away.

The end game of two strong players (eniolw vs ReneRondon) is always a place to learn. It’s amazing to see players play at this level with such little time.

I look forward to more of you analysis but be warned new chess players learn quickly and will rise to the occasion quickly (old one not so much). :)

Haha, thanks! And there are even much stronger players out there.

Yes, they improve quickly. You can improve a lot, too!

Nice video! I just saw it now (the 5 % upvote was by default). I will grant this comment another upvote now ... :)

Thanks!

@eniolw, this is a very nice tactical game analysis and video presentation. It’s also a great learning opportunity and I hope you continue.

It would be nice to hear @stayoutoftherz or others comments on the game and video also. I agree with your detail analysis and can offer no different of opinion this time. :)

Thank you very much, @rodrook.

It's nice that You recorded that video. You speak very very good english.

Thank you and congrats for winning that tournament.

Good video! All ideas are very well explained. Go on like that:-) One addition: On Qa4+ Qd7 is not that good as Bb5 attacking the queen is possible. The pawn has to take but then the rook on a8 is hanging

Yeah, that's a good move. I realized after I finished the record, lol. Thanks!
