Is this a blunder ?

A Quick post after a surprising finish to a game I just played

I played black and this position arose, roughly even, but whites pieces looks somewhat passive.
However I could not have foreseen my opponents next move.

g2-g3, but wait is that a mistake ?
If so how can I take advantage of it ?

Nice one. He could fight a little longer with Rf1. But it is sure unpleasant for white.

after g3 he is dead, but yeah Rf1 would be a much better try.
