Hello chess fans, I haven't posted anything for quite some time, and this chess puzzle is dedicated to all those old friends who haven't forgotten me and to all these chess enthusiasts who feel like solving a damn tricky little puzzle.

Today, at the request of @stayoutoftherz, I would like to briefly discuss how I approach composing such a chess position. It always follows the same pattern:

It starts with me suddenly having and imagining a possible attacking idea, a particular motive, which swirls around in my head until I decide to conceive a position around that concept.
During the development of the composition, I try, on the one hand, by means of various defensive ideas, to insert hurdles that make it difficult to solve the problem, but on the other hand, not to overload the position too much, so as not to obscure the actual motive around which everything should revolve.
Once the composition has progressed so far that at first glance everything seems(!) to work, the next step is to verify the different variants using chess software. Again and again, the stubborn computer program finds unforeseen possibilities to thwart the planned attack stratagems. I then in turn try to eliminate these defensive ideas with positional modifications without damaging the attack motive as a whole, which can prove to be a very tedious and lengthy process.
If the chess software finally accepts that it will be irretrievably checkmated in all variants, the work is not yet over. I then start 'cleaning up', testing whether certain pieces could be left out without destroying the intended mechanism. Often, for example, there are still pawns around somewhere that were necessary for an older version of the problem, but in the final version are nothing but leftover, useless relics.

In the case of the problem at hand, for example, it was the case that I had the basic idea weeks ago, but failed to implement it on several evenings in a row (I simply could not muster the required level of concentration). However, during the last three or four days, I felt a bit more relaxed and found the necessary calmness to refute all possible defense ideas without diluting the character of the composition.

In the current position white has a clear material advantage, but his king is obviously a bit constricted. How can Black exploit this to his favor?

Hallo Schachfans, ich habe lange nichts gepostet, und dieses Schachrätsel sei all denjenigen alten Freunden gewidmet, die mich nicht vergessen haben und allen Schachenthusiasten, die Lust auf eine verdammt knifflige kleine Knobelaufgabe haben.

Heute möchte ich auf Wunsch von @stayoutoftherz kurz darauf eingehen, wie ich es angehe, eine solche Schachstellung zu komponieren. Das läuft nach immer demselben Schema ab:

Es beginnt damit, dass ich plötzlich ein Angriffsmotiv, eine bestimmte Idee habe, das/die mir so lange im Kopf herumschwirrt, bis ich beschließe, eine Stellung um diese Idee herum zu konzipieren.
Während der Entwicklung des Problems versuche ich einerseits, mittels verschiedener Verteidigungsideen Hürden einzubauen, die das Lösen der Komposition erschweren, aber andererseits die Position nicht zu sehr zu überladen, um das eigentliche Motiv, um das sich alles drehen soll, nicht zu überdecken.
Ist die Komposition so weit fortgeschritten, dass auf den ersten Blick alles zu funktionieren scheint(!), geht es ans Abklopfen der verschiedenen Varianten mittels Schachsoftware. Immer wieder findet dabei das hartnäckige Computerprogramm nicht vorhergesehene Möglichkeiten, die geplanten Angriffsstrategeme zu durchkreuzen. Ich versuche dann wiederum, diese Verteidigungsideen mit Stellungsmodifkationen auszuschalten, ohne dabei das Angriffsmotiv insgesamt zu beschädigen, was sich als sehr mühsamer und langwieriger Prozess erweisen kann.
Akzeptiert die Schachsoftware schließlich, dass sie in allen Varianten unwiederbringlich schachmatt gesetzt wird, ist die Arbeit noch nicht zu Ende. Ich beginne dann mit den 'Aufräumarbeiten', teste also, ob man bestimmte Figuren weglassen könnte, ohne den vorgesehenen Mechanismus zu zerstören. Oft stehen z. B. irgendwo noch Bauern herum, die für eine ältere Version des Problems notwendig waren, in der Endfassung jedoch nichts als übrig gebliebene, nutzlose Relikte sind.

Beim vorliegenden Problem war es beispielsweise so, dass ich die Grundidee schon vor Wochen hatte, jedoch an mehreren Abenden hintereinander an der Umsetzung scheiterte (ich konnte einfach nicht das dazu erforderliche Konzentrationslevel aufbringen). Während der letzten drei, vier Tage fühlte ich mich etwas entspannter und fand die nötige Ruhe, alle möglichen Verteidigungsideen zu entkräften, ohne den Charakter der Komposition zu verwässern.

Weiß hat klaren Materialvorteil, aber sein König steht ganz offensichtlich etwas beengt da. Wie kann Schwarz das zu seinen Gunsten ausnutzen?

I just checked the feed and realized that you are back and your retirement is over xd, is there any special reason for it ? I'm curious xd

Well, as for the puzzle the first move that came to my mind was 1...)g6+ and the idea is basically create a net to checkmate of course. It is a forced move so I start thinking about several variations but I didn't get anything special, so... I found 1...) e4 the idea is basically the same but before any check e4 is perfect to prevent any scape also releases the b8-h2 diagonal. So 1)...e4 let's say 2) Kxg5 Ne6+ 3)Kf5 g6+4) hxg6 hxg6+ 5)Ke4 Nf4 #

Another variation

2)hxg5 g6+ 3) hxg6 hxg6+ #

But I'm stuck in the variation where white takes the knight

2)exf3 g6+ 3)hxg6 hxg6 4)Kg5 and it seems like the king will survive so .... Maybe there's is a kind of magic move but I'm too lazy and tired to look for it this weekend ;)
