The most occuring thing I do say is that change is constant and everyone is liable to experience this part of life and we must learn to embrace it no matter what angle it shows to us. Most especially when it's coming from those we so much lean on and we think nothing in earth could cause separation or distance between us.
For anyone who knows me wayyyyy back (the way I put that way ehn, like very long lol) and they eventually get to be with me now, they would absolutely argue that I have been changed to another person cos I'm not who they used to know before because I'm not someone who talks and associate with people like that. I would rather stay silent somewhere reading a book or writing. In fact if you put water in my mouth at the start of a day break and you come back late in the evening, you will still meet the quantity of water there in my mouth with no reduction.
People around me knows me for that unlike now but let's say I was the opposite and it was a vice versa thing and someone from the past comes back to seeing and associating with me now. The first thing they would think is that I'm trying to stay away from them and not willing to associate with them anymore which is actually untrue.
I have cousins whom we were so so close before that even if it was to remain a small cup of blood in me and they want to have an occasion, I'll use that remaining water and blood to go there and be part of their day to show how close we were but with time I get to realize some things and feel like I have to love myself first and more if I want others to love me in return so I took some steps which made my withdrawal kind of obvious which initially made me feel somehow but for every decision of change comes with a sacrificial price so I just had to stick to my decision.
In summary, change happens. That close person might end up becoming a distant person or the person you so much rely on for every seconds of happenings in your life might end up choosing to be unaware of things that goes on with you but one thing is certain, if a dog doesn't see, dog won't bark.
