Synopsis:
Tangiro is a young man who lives in the mountains with his family collecting coal, one day while he returns home he finds his entire family murdered and his little sister Nezuko turned into a demon, in that Giyu a demon slayer appears and tries to assassinate Nezuko but Tangiro stops him at the end he decides to seal Nezuko's instincts and recruit him as a demon slayer and thus begins the journey of the brothers.
Characters:
- Tangiro Kamado: A young man who lived in the mountains with his family, travels with his sister Nezuko who was turned into a demon to make her human again. He is cordial, cheerful, has a strong will and nerves of steel to face the worst situation, he is usually impulsive when someone is in danger, whether he is known or not, he is also very thoughtful, being able to think about the most crucial moments. He has a highly developed sense of smell which has been quite useful on his journey. He uses the breathing of water and the dance of flames, a technique inherited from his family.
- Nezuko Kamado: Tangiro's younger sister and demon who accompanies him on his travels, despite being a demon, she retains part of her humanity, not attacking humans and refusing to drink blood, she has a bamboo line in her mouth, which she prevents her from speaking and giving in to her demonic instincts due to this she can only communicate with grunts, she is quite cute and spends most of her time in a box that Tangiro always carries, she does not hesitate to defend her brother and other humans, after a battle he repairs his strength by sleeping. He possesses superhuman strength, the regeneration ability that allows him to regenerate parts of his body and to shrink to enter the box that Tanjiro always carries, he also uses this ability to flee from Kanao.
- Zenitsu Agatsuma: Demon hunter friend of Tangiro and coward by nature, he almost always spends his time whining and complaining, despite being a hunter he is quite fearful and does not hesitate to flee from a fight but when fear reaches the limit he faints and a defense mechanism is activated that allows him to fight, he is a hopeless womanizer asking strangers to marry him. He is the only one of the group that comes from the city so he is not surprised by technological advances. It uses beam breathing although it can only use one attack.
- Inozuke Hashibara: Wild demon hunter and friend of Tangiro, he spent most of his life in the mountains isolated so he is abstracted and difficult to deal with scaring most with his wild boar head, he is the most impulsive of the group already the first time to fall into provocations by demons. Despite its external appearance, it is quite cute under the mask, which bothers him, which is why he prefers to have the head of a Wild Boar always, even while he sleeps. Use Beast Breath.
- Giyu Tomioka: He is the first demon hunter who knows Tangiro and the water pillar, after trying to assassinate Nesuko and seeing the talent of the young man, he decides to recruit him and seal the demonic instincts of his sister, which goes against of the demon hunter code, he is extremely strong and his personality is like silent and quiet water without almost anything disturbing him this is because he has an inferiority complex that prevents him from relating better with his companions, he has a strong sense of justice as well as an emotional attachment for Tangiro and his sister since he did not hesitate to put his life at stake in order to protect Nezuko. Use the water breath just like Tangiro.
- Shinobu Kocho: She is the pillar of the insect and Kanao's mentor, she is a beautiful woman who is always smiling even when she is angry she is sarcastic and playful so much that she does not usually measure the extent of her jokes that end up hurting people as is the case of Giyu, she and her sister rescued Kanao from some slavers and since then she has been very fond of him, unlike other murderers she gives the demons the opportunity to "redeem themselves" which is a lie because she always ends up killing them anyway, no He has met a good demon, when he meets Giyu protects the demon Nezuko gets very angry and does not hesitate to fight with him. She uses the insect breath and also has various knowledge of medicine since she is capable of creating poisons and drugs to defeat demons.
- Kanao Tsuyuri: She is the apprentice of the insect pillar, cute but at the same time expressionless due to a difficult past she lost the ability to decide so every time she has to choose something she decides by tossing a coin, after tossing her coin she decides to talking to Tangiro, during that conversation he motivates her to follow her heart, which made her blush. She has superhuman eyesight. Use flower breath.
- Muzan Kibutsuji: Main antagonist, he is the author of the Kamado family massacre as well as the one responsible for turning Nesuko into a demon, he is the only demon capable of turning humans, he controls the 12 demonic Mondays and possesses terrifying power and influence. He has a strong God complex since he does not hesitate to sacrifice subordinates and humans as if nothing else, his only goal is to achieve perfection, he is the only demon immune to decapitation, he is only vulnerable to sunlight and the breath of the sun because he knows that It is the only thing capable of assassinating him, so it hunts and travels through Japan looking for its users to kill them, at the same time it seeks to create a demon immune to sunlight to devour it and become a perfect being.

The story is quite interesting since it catches you from the first moment, the characters are attractive and very deep because although there are some simple ones, most have several stories to tell, unlike other similar animes we can see that this one takes place in the Taisho era An era in which Japan had many political and cultural changes, the opening soundtrack is composed with the singer LISA who has also sung in many successful anime.
