En las publicaciones más recientes que he hecho por acá me he dedicado a hablar un poco acerca de todo lo que tiene que ver con el anime, desde su origen, características más relevantes hasta esos datos curiosos que puede que la mayoría desconocen, datos que hoy serán el motivo de nuestra charla. Podemos hablar infinitamente acerca de este mundo tan increíble pero creo que hay que hacerlo con aquellas cosas que nos puedan dejar algún conocimiento. Así que amigos, veamos que podemos aprender del anime que muy probablemente no conocían.

- Cuando hablamos de convenciones sobre series, videojuegos y películas siempre pensamos en el Comic-Con de San Diego es la reina de todas pero nada más alejado de la realidad. El "COMIKET" o (Comic Market) que se efectúa en Japón es de las convenciones más grandes del mundo, cuidado si no es la más, con un pico de asistencia de más de medio millón de personas en comparación con las casi 170mil personas del Comic-Con. Es que cuando hablamos del anime y más si es el país nipón no hay nada que se le iguale.

- De las cosas que más resaltan en el anime es la animación y por tanto algunos rasgos de sus personajes y dentro de esos rasgos o características se encuentra el cabello. Es sabido que muchos de los animadores que están detrás de la creación del anime utilizan el cabello para buscar explicar un poco la personalidad de cada personaje, por ejemplo aquellos que llevan el cabello rojo por lo general son más temerarios y están del lado de la aventura, mientras que los cabellos de tonos blancos o plateados por lo general son más reflexivos, prudentes y hasta un poco mágicos. Así que la próxima vez que veas algunos de estos colores presta atención a ver que tan verdad es este dato.

- "El viaje de Chihiro" estoy seguro que es de las mejores historias y películas del anime que jamás se han escrito. Habiendo dado un poco de contexto les digo que esa animación fue ganadora de un premio de la Academia (OSCAR) a la "mejor película de animación" por allá en los años 2002-2003. Que significa esto? - pues que esta fue el primer anime en ser premiado y por tanto la primera película de animación nipona en ser reconocida con este galardón. Quien lo diría que un anime ha sido ganador del premio más importante del cine, sin duda algo muy significativo.
I am sure that "Spirited Away" is one of the best anime stories and movies ever written. Having given a little context, I would like to tell you that this animation won an Academy Award (OSCAR) for "Best Animated Film" back in 2002-2003. - Hay que tener cuidado cuando usamos una palabra la cual no sabemos muy bien cual es su significado real y es lo que sucede con la palabra "Otaku". Muchos pueden pensar que es una forma de dirigirse a alguien el cual es muy apasionado en este caso con la cultura japonesa y el anime, algo así como los "Geek" en el idioma ingles, pero no es tan así la cosa. Resulta que en Japón esta expresión está muy mal vista ya que hace referencia a una persona que nunca sale de su casa y por tal no tiene una vida social. En este lado del planeta se usa con más frecuencia pero al final no deja de estar incorrecto su uso.
We must be careful when we use a word which we do not know very well what its real meaning is and that is what happens with the word "Otaku". Many may think that it is a way to address someone who is very passionate in this case with Japanese culture and anime, something like the "Geek" in the English language, but it is not so the thing. - Este personaje de este anime en especifico tiene una gran particularidad y es que nada más y nada menos cuenta con 22 voces distintas en todos sus episodios y adaptaciones. Eucliwood Hellscythe es un personaje que habla poco la verdad pero cuando lo hace es en pequeñas partes fantasiosas y cada vez que esto pasa pues lo hace con una actriz de voz distinta. Es verdad que dentro del anime se puede dar que un personaje tenga diferentes voces pero más que todo se da entre temporadas, es por eso que estamos ante el personaje con más voces dentro del anime.

- "Sazae-san" es el anime más largo de todos y cuanta con casi 7500 episodios. Es sabido que hay varios anime que pueden llegar a los 600-700 capítulos aproximadamente pero sobrepasar los siete mil es algo impensable pero lo curioso más es que hasta hoy en día se sigue emitiendo y sus capítulos constan de 5-6 minutos. Estamos hablando de una serie que tiene 45 años en emisión así que sin duda alguna estamos ante un verdadero récord.
