What's up people, how are you? welcome to a new post, today is one of those days when I was exhausted, I had a pretty busy morning and also among many thoughts about the not too distant future... a lot of things, today I got home late and among so much rambling I decided to distract myself by doing a little color and anatomical study for the face.
Que pasa gente, como estan? sean bienvenidos a un nuevo post, hoy es uno de esos días en los que estaba agotado, tuve una mañana bastante movida y también entre muchos pensamientos acerca del no muy lejano futuro... un montón de cosas, hoy llegue tarde a la casa y entre tanto divagar decidí distraerme haciendo un pequeño estudio de colores y anatómico para el rostro.
Process / Proceso
Once I have ready I had the sketch ready, I started working on the colors, placing the base colors to go shading little by little with the loomis method, I recorded all this illustration to upload it on youtube in a few days, the thing is that I do not know whether to do the tutorial in English, difficult thing but not impossible, since my native language is Spanish and English I speak a little hahahaha... yes a little bit.
Una vez tengo listo tuve listo el boceto, comencé a trabajar en los colores, colocando los colores bases para ir sombreando poco a poco con el método loomis, grabe todo esta ilustración para subirla en youtube en algunos dias, la cosa es que no se si hacer el tutorial en ingles, cosa difícil pero no imposible, ya que mi idioma nativo es el español e ingles hablo un poquito hahahaha... si un poquito.
The face gets a very good definition if we add shadows in the right places and with the right color, the hair in the same way I was placing the bases to shade it and also place the shines in the hair, I think what I spent more time in this illustration was in the hair and in the light effects of it.
El rostro agarra una definición muy buena si añadimos sombras en los lugares correctos y con el color correcto, el cabello de la misma forma estuve colocando las bases para sombrearlo y ademas colocar los brillos en el cabello, creo que en lo que mas tiempo coloque de esta ilustración fue en le cabello y en los efectos de luz del mismo.
The wings are extremely simple, my goal was not to detail them extremely, finally I placed some small highlights on the background, textures on the body to give a more paint-like look and finally I decided to place an extra shadow on a layer in multiply mode.
Las alas son sumamente simples, mi objetivo no era detallarlas extremadamente, por ultimo coloque unos pequeños toques de luz en el fondo, texturas en el cuerpo para dar un aspecto mas similar a pintura y por ultimo decidí colocar una sombra extra en una capa en modo multiplicar.
